[China paint information] the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of industry and information technology jointly issued the notice on doing a good job in the application of the second batch of small and medium-sized enterprise development special fund projects in 2009. According to the notice, the supported fixed asset construction projects include local characteristic industry development and agricultural product processing projects. When funding local characteristic industry development projects, enterprise technological transformation projects will receive key support, especially the implementation of energy-saving and emission reduction technological transformation projects. Subsidies for agricultural products processing projects focus on enterprise technological transformation projects that have markets for products and can increase employmentsupport for fixed asset construction projects will be in two ways: free subsidy and loan interest discount. If the former method is adopted, the project subsidy amount shall not exceed 10% of the fixed asset investment amount of the project and the total self owned funds invested by the enterprise in principle, and the maximum subsidy amount shall not exceed 3million yuan; In the latter way, the discount period of each project is no more than two years, and the maximum discount amount is no more than 30.
